Perth has a large selection of markets which offer an exciting alternative to shopping in the city and the suburban shopping centres. The markets offer a different range of goods from the traditional shops and include live entertainment, international foods, fresh fruit and vegetables, clothes, antiques, jewelry, and arts & crafts.
All of the markets have plenty of parking for cars, and the Subiaco, Fremantle, E Shed, Galleria, Gosnells, and Midland markets are only a hop skip and jump from the train stations. The Canning Vale, Scarborough Fair, and Wanneroo markets all have bus routes that pass very close to the markets. Check the Transperth web site for routes and timetables.
